Shampoo and conditioning are complimentary with all services. We kindly ask that you arrive with your hair detangled and combed beforehand to ensure a smooth process. 

In the event that your hair requires detangling, a nominal fee will apply. Additionally, please note that hair is not provided unless requested 48 hours in advance. If you require hair for your service, please get in touch, and the cost of the hair will be seamlessly integrated into your service (subject to a possible deposit).

To access the salon, simply press 9 and the green button. Kindly be aware of our updated policy: a late fee structure is in place.

A $10 fee will be applied after a 10-minute delay, and a $20 fee after 20 minutes. Should your delay exceed 25 minutes, the appointment may regrettably need to be canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable. In certain cases, the deposit could be applied to a future appointment, pending approval from IAmOurBeauty.

Should you require a cancellation, kindly reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that all deposits are considered final and non-refundable. In the event that you decide to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, a refund will not be issued, but you will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment for a later date. However, appointments that are cancelled within a 24-hour window or in cases of a no-call no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In these instances, neither a refund nor the ability to apply the deposit to a future appointment will be available.
